TYPE OF WINE: Young Red Wine. Jumilla Designation of Origin

PRESENTATION:
75 cl Bordeaux bottle, in boxes containing 12 bottles.

GRAPES 100% Merlot

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13. 5% VOL.

WINE MAKING PROCESS:
Made from the very best selection of Merlot grapes from vineyards with meagre production, harvested at their optimum ripeness. Elaborated with an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24-26ºC. Maceration for 6 days to extract all the phenolic potential of the grapes.

PAIRING: Serve with all kinds of meats, casseroles, rice dishes and cured cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 14-16º C

TASTING NOTES: Beautiful violet, well covered and very intense colour, aromas of raspberry, black fruit, dairy and balsamic nuances in addition to soft toasty aromas that give it personality. On the palate it is sweet, attractive, powerful, with good acidity, complex and balanced.
