TYPE OF WINE: 100% Merlot 4 months ageing in oak barrels. Jumilla Designation of Origin

PRESENTATION:
75 cl Troncoconical bottle, in boxes containing 6 bottles.

GRAPES 100% Merlot

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5% VOL.

WINE MAKING PROCESS:
Pre-fermentation maceration at 10º C to obtain greater aromatic complexity. The fermentation and maceration lasting 12 days at a temperature of 25°C, so as to enhance the varietal characteristics of the wine. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in oak barrels, remaining in the barrels for a minimum of 4 months for its rounding and ageing.

PAIRING: Serve with vegetables, fish and all kinds of cheeses and meats.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16-18º C

TASTING NOTES: A very complex and balanced wine and great sense of flavours. Beautiful ruby red colour with black fruit aromas such as blackberry and blackcurrant, with spicy and coffee nuances due to the time spent in the barrel.
