TYPE OF WINE: 100% Tempranillo, matured for 4 months in oak barrels. Jumilla Designation of Origin.

PRESENTATION:
75 cl Troncoconical bottle, in boxes containing 6 bottles.

GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5% VOL.

WINE MAKING PROCESS: Pre-fermentative maceration at 10ºC to obtain greater aromatic complexity. Fermentation and maceration lasts for 10 days at a temperature of 25ºC to enhance the varietal features of the wine. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in oak barrels, remaining there for a minimum of 4 months for roundness and aging.

PAIRING: Ideal for stews and all types of meats and cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16- 18º C.

TASTING NOTES:
Tasty wine with intense violet red colour, with aromas of ripe fruit. Balanced in acidity with very complex soft tannins. Long flavour with intensity and the persistence of its aging in oak barrels.
