TYPE OF WINE: 100% Tempranillo. Jumilla Designation of Origin.

PRESENTATION:
75 cl Troncoconical bottle, in boxes containing 6 bottles.

GRAPES: 100% Monastrell.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5% VOL.

WINE MAKING PROCESS: Pre-fermentative maceration in cold at 10ºC followed by fermentation for 6 days at a temperature of 25ºC in special horizontal and rotary tanks, equipped with high maceration technology. The malolactic fermentation is carried out quickly in stainless steel tanks to maintain its varietal character.

PAIRING: Ideal by itself due to its varietal character, and with meats, pastas and vegetables.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16- 18º C.

TASTING NOTES:
Fruity and varietal wine, a very natural intense violet red. Aromas of red and ripe fruits. Soft, structured and tasty with soft and ripe tannins.
