750 ml Bordeaux bottle

Bottle cap: Synthetic or Screw Cap

GRAPES: 100% Macabeo (also called Viura or Macabeu)

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% VOL.

WINE MAKING PROCESS:
Wine made from the direct bleeding of the grapes and fermentation at a maximum controlled temperature of 15ºC.

PAIRING: Perfect to be served with white fish, seafood, salads and seafood rice dishes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 8-10ºC. Recommended consumption within the year following its production.

TASTING NOTES: Delicate aroma with fruity nuances. Light on the palate, conveying a pleasant freshness.
