Wine making process:
Made from the very best selection of Merlot, Monastrell (or Mourvèdre) and Syrah (or Shiraz) grapes from vineyards with meagre production, harvested at their optimum ripeness. Each variety has been vinified separately. Its controlled fermentation enables the extraction of all of its potential, maintaining the fermentation temperature between 25 and 28°C. Once racked, the wines are then aged on a collection of different European oak barrels. Then proceeding to be bottled and subsequently left to stand in the silence and darkness of our cellar.

Pairing:
Drink by itself or serve with meats, stews or cheese.

Serving temperature: Between 16-18°C.

Limited production.

Tasting notes: Of a bright, clean and ruby colour. Expressive aroma, ripe red fruits, spicy with notes of coffee and chocolate denoting its ageing in oak.
Warm on the palate, with good freshness, balanced and very comprehensive aftertaste.
