Oak barrel red wine.

Presentation: 75 cl tronoconical (conical trunk) bottle.
Horizontal box containing 6 bottles

Grapes: Petit Verdot.

Alcohol content: 14% Vol.

Wine making process: It is at the upscale premium-quality range of the products made in Bodegas San Dionisio. This wine has been made through a careful section of Petit Verdot grapes, from our best vineyards and harvested by hand at their optimum ripeness. Made using a lengthy maceration, maintaining the fermentation temperature between 25 and 28ºC. Matured in a collection of new American oak barrels.

Pairing: Drink by itself or to be served with meat dishes, stews, roasts and casseroles.

Serving temperature:
Between 16-18°C.

Limited production.

Tasting notes: Cherry red colour with violet hues, balsamic aromas, with toasted nuances, highlighting the fruit with great persistence. Resulting in an unctuous wine on the palate, full-bodied and well structured.
