TYPE OF WINE: Rosé Sparkling Wine

GRAPES: 100% Monastrell.

WINE MAKING PROCESS: 
Made using the “Charmat” method onto the market. Femininity and sensuality in its purest form are the adjectives which best define this sparkling Brut, whose cheeky image perfectly combines the tradition and innovation of a winemaking with the highest attention to detail. The elaboration of a base wine at a very low temperature fermentation, from centuries-old ungrafted grape vines, grapes which are harvested early to endow an intense freshness to the wine; then followed by a slow and methodical secondary fermentation in isobaric tanks rather than individual bottles, the result of which is this seductive sparkling wine.

PAIRING: Very multifaceted sparkling wine, excellent to be enjoyed on its own or to be served with light entrées. Italian food such as pastas and pizzas are a perfect combination, as well as white meat and fish. It similarly combines wonderfully with desserts, especially fruit and white chocolate.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 6-8ºC.

TASTING NOTES: Pale pink with light silvery hues. Good bubble effervescence, finer and longer lasting bubbles creating a crunchy sensation when hitting the palate. On the bouquet possessing a very sweet finish reminiscent of red berries, sugared blackcurrants and evocative of stone fruit. Possessing a pure lightness and freshness, which is smooth, structured and tasty on the palate, with very subtle creamy sensations. Long and delicate aftertaste.
