TYPE OF WINE: Varietal Young Rose Wine.

 

PRESENTATION:
Bottle: 750 ml Bordeaux transparent
Boxes: 6 bottles.
Bottle cap: Synthetic Cork.

GRAPES: 100% Monastrell.

WINE MAKING PROCESS:
Maceration for a short period of time and must in flower bleeding, fermented at a temperature not exceeding 17ºC.

PAIRING:Suitable for recesses taken with food, spicy fish, vegetables and rice.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 8-10ºC.

TASTING NOTES:It is slightly acid in mouth. It transmits sensations of freshness and meatiness, nice feeling at the end. It has bright and clean appearance with shades of raspberry low average intensity, elegant varietal aroma of flowers and fruits.
