TYPE OF WINE: Young Varietal White Wine. Jumilla Protected Denomination of Origin

PRESENTATION:
750-ml Bordeaux bottle.
Boxes containing 12 bottles
Stopper: Synthetic or Screw Cap

GRAPES: 100% Verdejo

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% VOL.

WINE-MAKING PROCESS:
The wine is obtained by the direct press method and fermented at a maximum controlled temperature of 15º C.

PAIRING: Ideal for accompanying white fish, shellfish, salads and fish-based rice dishes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 8-10º C. Best drunk one year after it has been produced.

TASTING NOTES: A wine of a pale golden yellow colour with green hues, on the nose strong notes of tropical fruits such as mango and also citrus notes such as grapefruit. On the palate it is very crisp, with good acidity, well-balanced and a clean and elegant finish.
