TYPE OF WINE: 100% Syrah (or Shiraz) 4 months ageing in oak barrels. Jumilla Designation of Origin

PRESENTATION:
75 cl Troncoconical bottle, in boxes containing 6 bottles.

GRAPES: 100% Syrah (also called Shiraz)

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5% VOL.

WINE MAKING PROCESS: Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 10º C followed by fermentation for 6 days at a temperature of 25 ºC in special horizontal and rotary tanks, equipped with high selective maceration technology. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in oak barrels, remaining in the barrels for a minimum of 4 months for its rounding and ageing.

PAIRING: Ideal for tasting solely for its elegant finesse and varietal character, it can also be served with mild meats, pasta and vegetable dishes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16- 18º C.

TASTING NOTES:
Very natural, expressive, varietal wine of an intense violet red colour . Red fruit, raspberry and violet aromas with toasted nuances, typical of the time spent in the barrel. On the palate smooth and tasty, with sweet and ripe tannins.
