TYPE OF WINE: Crianza wine. Jumilla Protected Denomination of Origin.

PRESENTATION:
75-cl truncated cone bottle. Boxes containing 6 bottles.

GRAPES: Monastrell.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% VOL.

WINE-MAKING PROCESS:
Fermentation for 12 days with subsequent ageing for 12 months in oak barrels.

PAIRING: Accompany with red meat and game, casseroles and well-cured cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: Between 16-18º C.

TASTING NOTES: Potent and delicious aged red wine with toasted and smoked nuances from its ageing in oak, which respect and blend perfectly with the ripe fruit varietal aromas of the Monastrell (or Mourvèdre).
